ACQUISITION CRITERIA

LOCATION: We acquire companies headquartered in the USA or Canada.

TYPE: We acquire lower and lower-middle market companies that are privately held and have generated a minimum of three years of positive profitability.

STRUCTURE: We acquire significant majority equity or total equity in companies with strong, stable leadership teams. Post-acquisition, we prefer that the seller remains with the portfolio company in a significant management role. After acquisition, we support our companies with a full suite of C-level management and advisory services, helping each to achieve its greatest potential.
